How flexible is your state under pressure?

READY WHEN YOU ARE.

Review the FAQs, book a discovery call, or enroll when you’re ready.

  • Training cohorts meet live for 60 minutes on Tuesday or Thursday afternoons Eastern. During onboarding, each small group chooses its recurring session time based on cohort availability.

  • Sessions are recorded, but live participation is strongly encouraged. The cohort works best when participants train together consistently.

  • The core practice is 3 minutes, 3 times per day. The goal is to build regulation into moments that already exist in your workday, not add another complicated routine.

  • No. BreathOS is built as practical training, not advanced breathwork. The practices are simple, repeatable, and designed for real work pressure.

  • A Fit Consult is a short conversation to determine whether BreathOS is the right fit and which path makes the most sense: Training Cohort, Personalized Training Track, or Executive Training Track.

We’ll talk about the pressure you’re navigating, what you want to improve, and whether the timing and structure of the training are right for you.

  • The Training Cohort is the core 6-week group experience. The Personalized Training Track includes the full cohort plus 6 private sessions, a custom 30-day continuation plan, and a 30-day check-in.

  • Yes. Many participants use leadership development, professional development, or wellness budgets. For groups or teams, see the Private Team Cohort option.

  • BreathOS is informed by operational physiology: the practical use of breathing, attention, and nervous system regulation to support performance under pressure.

The training is designed around well-established principles: breath influences state, state influences attention and behavior, and repeated practice makes regulation more accessible in real time.

  • Operational Physiology is the practical use of the body’s regulatory systems to support performance in real-world conditions.

In BreathOS, that means using breath to help you shift state, recover between demands, protect clarity, and perform more consistently when the stakes are high.

  • No. BreathOS is performance and regulation training. It is not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for clinical care.
